<p>Material Handler/Warehouse Operator:</p><p>The Material Handler/Warehouse Operator will report functionally to the Logistics Manager. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: integrity, strong ethics, continuous self-motivation, positive attitude, contribute to team success, respectful and does not compromise on quality, safety or the environment. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</p><p>Job Responsibility:</p><p>Transfer ingredients in and out of Liquid Manufacturing, Distillation, and the Logistics Platform safely and efficiently. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:</p><p>Ability to operate forklift and related material handling equipment safely.</p><p>Warehousing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in accordance with GMP and best practice.</p><p>Timely and accurate electronic inventory transactions using bar code scanning equipment and computers.</p><p>Load outgoing and unload incoming bulk material.</p><p>Knowledge and compliance with all labeling procedures and best practices.</p><p>Cleaning of vessels, utensils, pumps, filters, production equipment and production areas, as well as maintaining all necessary records.</p><p>Adherence to all management systems including ISO 9001.2000, GMP and Food Safety and full compliance with Firmenich's HS&E Charter.</p><p>Cycle counting.</p><p>Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.</p><p>Other duties as required.</p><p>Profile:</p><p>High School Diploma or GED required.</p><p>Proficiency in arithmetic.</p><p>Ability to operate a forklift.</p><p>Previous use of a scan gun preferred.</p><p>Must be flexible for shift work and overtime as required</p><p></p><p>Description: The production associate I may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products.</p><p>Key responsibilities/essential functions include: Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets Maintains daily production output Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.</p><p>May participate in quality control inspections Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams Comply with EHS regulations and policies</p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p>High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experience Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership</p>
