May oversee a smaller project or phases of a large project.</p><p>Detailed Description</p><p>Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:</p><p>Develops project definition in conjunction with the Project ManagerDevelop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Defines the project constraints and deliverables.Develops or provides input to the project schedule, adjusts the project schedule, and manages the schedule performance.Leads project from inception to final customer acceptance and deploymentWorks with Project Manager to assign resources to meet project objectivesEstimates material and other resource needs to meet project objectives.Provides input to the Project Manager for project budgets and manages expenditures to project plan budget.Prepares or reviews project documentation and assures it is complete, accep and in accordance with standards.Facilitates project status meetings with the project team on a regular basis and provides status to the Project Manager.Provides direction to and supervision of the project team according to the project plan.Monitors and motivates project team members work performance and provides timely and periodic performance feedback input to the Project Manager regarding team members performance.Perform other duties as required</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p><p>Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocationAbility to oversee people and processes to achieve objectives.Ability to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow/processes in order to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills are also required, as well as strong human relations skills to supervise and develop assigned employees effectively.Adept at conducting research into project-related issuesAbility to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills</p><p>EDUCATION</p><p>Bachelors Degree preferred</p><p></p><p>Experience</p><p>2 - 4 years direct work experience in a project management capacityCANDIDATE MUST HAVE VERIFICATIONProject ManagementUtility experiencePeople management</p>
