Our work ranges from formative to evaluative, ethnography to usability. For this position, we are looking for a range from qualitative specialists to methodological generalists, with broad skills in qualitative and design research methods and an understanding of quantitative concepts. This position is based in our London, UK office. The right candidates will be excellent communicators, knowledgeable about UI design, passionate about social computing, comfortable in a flat, fast moving organization, excited to collaborate, and focused squarely on impacting the design of client.Responsibilities:</p><p>Work closely with product teams to identify research topicsDesign studies that address both user behavior and attitudesGenerate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designsConduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveysWork cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketingCommunicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative waysPassionate about client and able to speak to our technology/industryExperience with recruiting for technical roles preferredPatient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skillsExperience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring processTechnical and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering schools, conferences, and scholarship programsExperience with managing nuanced programsWillingness to work flexible hours as neededAbility to travel during peak recruiting cycles</p><p>Qualifications:BA/BS degree in marketing, or a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, etc.) MA / PhD preferred. 3+ years' experience in applied product research</p>
