<p>Large corporation with offices in NJ and NYC needs:</p><p>SR. USER SUPPORT MANAGER</p> Strong knowledge of legal applications such as iManage FileSite, Microsoft Office, Workshare, Payne Templates, Elite Enterprise, Fast Tax or similar applications required. Minimum 5 years in managing a team of user support personnel, preferably in a Law Firm environment.<p>Responsibilities:</p> managing the User Support service desk activities including User Support staff work schedules and on-call rotations responsible for ensuring positive and proactive support of the Firms technology through the delivery of exceptional technical services to all Firm employees. Provide effective management of all user support issues through proper support ticketing document all change management requests and procedures manage end user hardware and software and inventory management oversee the delivery of seamless audio visual conferencing services develop, oversee and direct the user support staff and ensure proper and adequate training needs are met manage software and hardware issue resolution and escalation to other technical professionals.<p>Requirements:</p> Strong knowledge of legal applications such as iManage FileSite, Microsoft Office, Workshare, Payne Templates, Elite Enterprise, Fast Tax or similar applications required.
