SUMMARY:
The Facility Service Assistant will play a key role in coordinating all the User-Related Services of the plant. This position will report directly to the Facility Service Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To coordinate all the user-related services, within the whole manufacturing area, such as
•Cleaning,
•Restaurant, Food services & Vending machines
•Reception service,
•Mail services,
•Landscaping.
•Office coordination and Volvo's Day at work concept.
•Office supplies, etc.
2. To plan and coordinate with all other departments.
3. To carry out any additional duties as and when required, which is not specified above.

REQUIREMENTS:
•A college degree or 5 years' experience in facility services or similar role
•Experience in Facility Management
•Knowledge of working in bigger plants such as auto industry or similar manufacturing
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
•Leadership skills and the ability to think strategically and possess a broader view.
•Excellent Service skills and a high Customer Focus
•Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships
•High moral and integrity
•Ability to articulate complex issues
•Continuously works to protect and enhance Volvo's reputation
•Listens to others; respects their differences.
•Ability to communicate, persuade and make effective formal presentations.
•Ability to utilize a PC to communicate, track trends and retrieve relevant information.
