The Real Estate & FM Manager will manage all Real Estate and Facilities Volvo Car in the Americas region. This position will be required to travel to their various responsible locations.

•Manage and control the Volvo Car Group Real Estate Portfolio within the Americas region and ensure value in all Real Estate transactions such as lease, disposals and acquisitions.
•Concur and coordinate Real Estate disposal- and acquisition projects
•Concur, coordinate and monitor lease contracts
•Development and control of Lease / own strategy
•Follow-up and plan the required Facility management (both Property and user-related services) within the region.
•Ensure that all the facilities within the region are operating as per the Volvo standard and as per the legal requirements.

•5 years' of experience from Real Estate Management and Facility Management.
•University degree or equivalent knowledge from Real Estate Management
•The ability to think strategically and possess a helicopter "view."
•Excellent Leadership skills.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
•Must be willing to travel
