<p>Policy Analyst/ Content Review Analyst</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Learn and apply user content policies around sensitive site issues.</p><p>Monitor reports to mitigate risks on the site. Analysis to provide feedback on user safety initiatives.</p><p>Skills:</p><p>Fast learner and strong communicator; ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency; ability to learn complicated and nuanced policies, while applying them consistently over time.</p><p>Social media or Google or Facebook or instagram* or twitter or apple or LinkedIn or any online internet related industry experience would be plus.</p><p></p><p>** NOTE: In this position there may be photos and URLs that contain adult or graphic material.</p><p>** Based on business need occasional/ regular work on weekends may be needed.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Object classification (Photos, URLs, users etc.) leveraging user reports; corresponding with users pertaining to reported objects and other sources within client. Candidate will uphold the spam efforts at client site and work on a team of contractor to maintain consistent work flows.</p><p></p><p> Answering many different inquiries through the online queue</p><p>- Reviewing user accounts daily to determine whether or not they are spam accounts</p><p>- Recognizing and identifying specific trends inside queue</p><p>- Community focused</p><p>- Problem solving within queue</p><p>- Team player</p><p></p><p>Must have an understanding and experience with application of policy and instructions; ability to proactively identify certain flags online in and outside of what’s trending. The candidate must have the ability to generate qualitative insights from abstract datasets.</p><p></p><p>- Self-starter</p><p>- Strong communication</p><p>- Someone who goes above and beyond on projects A-Z</p><p>- Someone who can work well on a team and also independently</p><p>- Experience reviewing and working with corporate / public policies within client</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
